1. Do you accept holds on products?
No, I do not accept holds on any products. Orders are not processed until paid in full.
2. Can I pick up my order in person?
Local pick up in Delphos, OH is available by appointment only. If you have items that are eligible for local pickup, we will contact you when your order is ready for pickup. I am not obligated to refund shipping if you place your order through the website before requesting local pick up.
3. Do skincare products have added chemicals or preservatives?
No. All skincare products are made with all natural ingredients with no added colors, chemicals, or preservatives. I do not keep stock made up. All skincare products are made fresh when you order them to ensure you receive a fresh product.
4. What are your processing times?
Processing times vary by product and are as follows:
Apparel: 1-3 business days
Totes & Pouches: 2-4 business days
Footware: 15-30 days until delivery
Home Accents: 3-5 business days
Kitchen Accessories: 3-5 business days

Storage and Handling For Bath & Body Products
Exposure to heat and direct sunlight are degrading to the essential oils used in the creation of my bath & body products. Store bath & body products in a dark location away from heat and direct sunlight. I am not responsible for the breakdown or degradation of bath & body products due to improper storage or handling.
Shelf Life For Bath & Body Products
Bath & body products carry a shelf life of approximately 6-12 months. Please discard any product remaining past this time frame.
