1. Do you accept holds on products?
No, I do not accept holds on any products. Invoices are due on receipt. Orders will not be held on invoices that remain outstanding past 24 hours. Items on orders that remain unpaid past 24 hours will be returned to stock and/or sold and the order will be cancelled.
2. Can I pick up my order in person?
Local pick up in Spencerville, OH is available by appointment only. Please contact me to inquire about local pick up. If you desire local pick up, please contact me me to place your order. Ordering through this website automatically adds shipping which cannot be undone. I am not obligated to refunding shipping if you place your order through the website before requesting local pick up.
3. Do skincare products have added chemicals or preservatives?
No. All skincare products are made with all natural ingredients with no added colors, chemicals, or preservatives. I do not keep stock made up. All skincare products are made fresh when you order them to ensure you receive a fresh product.
4. How do I place an order?
Most products on this site are available through online checkout powered by PayPal. You may use any major credit or debit card to check out. 5. What payment methods do you accept?
Direct checkout is available on most items. When you place your order not available through direct checkout, I will invoice you through Paypal, or send you my Paypal link. You do not have to have a Paypal account to pay your invoice. You may choose to use a credit or debit card, bank transfer, Paypal payments, or Paypal Credit to pay your invoice. (Paypal Credit is subject to consumer credit approval)
