Optical (Clear) Calcite

Working with optical calcite is like looking through a shimmery icicle. Optical calcite is also known as clear calcite because of its transparent appearance. This form of calcite is often full of rainbows and auras, and these little gems are no exception. With this lot also came two juicy optical smoky calcite specimens. Smoky calcite and smoky optical calcite are not as common as other forms of calcite, so I was delighted to find two 14-18g pieces of smoky optical calcite with this lot.
Optical calcite crystal has many wonderful healing properties, but one of my favorite reasons to work with this crystal is because of its ability to strengthen clarity and clear sight. It also draws a prismatic energy that is both polarizing and reflective. Optical calcite encourages the opening of higher consciousness, and psychic abilities, while clearing negative and stagnant energies from the room.
